John Rocque's Maps of London
Recently viewed
Between 1741 and 1745, John Rocque surveyed both central London and the suburbs up to 10 miles around. The end results, once engraved by John Pine, were the finest city maps the world had ever seen at the time - and to do this day, still two of the finest maps ever made of London.
We have sourced the original maps, restored them, and now you can buy them here in a variety of sizes - and framed, if you wish. As you'd imagine, the full John Rocque maps of London look amazing when printed and framed at larger sizes. Get in touch if you want to discuss a larger or customised map.
